1-Db Overdrive by 1st Phorm is a thermogenic supplement designed to support metabolism, energy, focus, and appetite control. May support fat loss as well. Each serving (2 capsules) includes 150 mg caffeine, Dynamine®, TeaCrine®, green coffee bean extract, Paradoxine® (Grains of Paradise), bitter orange extract, and green tea extract. Suggested use: take 1 capsule 30–45 minutes before meals. Gradually increase to 2 capsules twice daily, avoiding doses after 3 p.m. Cycle 5 days on, 2 days off. Do not exceed 4 capsules per day. Hydrate adequately during use.
